Body of minor found floating in drain, people upset due to bad smell

Ludhiana. Big news has come out from Budha Dariya located in Chandra Nagar of the city. Where the body of a minor was found floating in the river. There was panic among the people after getting information about the incident. After which the local people informed the police about the incident. As soon as the information about the incident was received, the police of Haibowal police station reached the spot and started investigating the matter. Police reached the spot and took out the body with the help of people. The girl has been identified as 9-year-old Somanaya. While giving information to the media, the police said that Somanaya had gone missing 2 days ago.

Whose missing report was lodged in the police station. Police said that the girl is mentally retarded and had left home without informing at 2:30 am two days ago. After which the victim’s family lodged a missing report at the police station yesterday afternoon. After which today they got information that the dead body of the girl was found floating in the river. Police said the girl’s family members have been called and the body is being identified. From the recovered body, the police believe that the said girl is the same girl. Police said that the said body is also that of a girl. Regarding which the matter is being investigated. Whereas Sunny Bhanot said that the body of the girl was found floating in the river. He says that the age of the girl is said to be around 12 years. He said that the police is investigating the matter.
