Bilaspur. A dispute broke out between two parties over throwing away used liquor in a bar in Bilaspur district of Chhattisgarh. After this, the bouncers started kicking, punching and using sticks. A businessman was seriously injured in the fight. The incident took place in Havens Park of Civil Lines police station area. The dispute took place with the traders of Raipur and Bhatapara. The victims have accused of deleting the video footage of the incident. A video of the incident is also going viral. In the viral video, Civil Lines CSP in a red T-shirt is saying that if the CCTV footage is deleted then it is our responsibility. But even after this, the injured businessmen have accused of deleting the video and the video of the bar was not made available to them. According to the information, youths beat up a businessman for throwing away used liquor while drinking alcohol late on Monday night at a bar located on Telephone Exchange Road in Civil Lines police station area. The businessman injured due to the fight was drunk. He also created a ruckus in the Civil Lines police station. Someone made a video of the ruckus of the youth in the police station and made it viral on the internet media. Here, the police have registered a case of assault on the complaint of the businessman. Manish Thakur, who lives in Basant Vihar Gudhiyari, Raipur, is a businessman. On Saturday, he went to Bhatapara for some work. From there, he came to Bilaspur with his friends Neeraj Nagwani, Sanjay Nagwani and Nikhil Thakur. Here, they were eating at the bar LIT Club of Hotel Heavens Park located on Telephone Exchange Road.
When the businessmen of Bhatapara and Raipur were eating at LIT Club, at around 1 o’clock in the night, Vishesha Tamrakar and his companions threw stale liquor at the businessman. When he protested, the youths beat him with kicks and punches, threatening to kill him. While beating him, they dragged him to the road. The youths dragged the businessman on the road and beat him. During the fight, his friends somehow intervened. Meanwhile, on receiving information about the fight, the police team also reached the spot. On seeing the police, the youths ran away from there. Here, the youth injured in the fight was drunk. He created a lot of ruckus in the Civil Lines police station. Someone made a video of this. On the complaint of the injured, the police have registered a case of assault against three youths. Bars and restaurants are open till late night in the city. Alcoholics are being served alcohol in bars late at night. Due to this, incidents of assault are also coming to the fore. After serving alcohol late at night in different bars of the city, liquor is being supplied through parcels till morning. Here the police team is not even able to get a clue of this. After the incidents of assault come to light, the police goes away after completing the formalities. Restaurants are also open till late night at Satyam Chowk and Imalipara Road in the sensitive Civil Line area. Apart from this, restaurants are also operated till late night near Devkinandan Chowk. There is a crowd of youths here till late night. Even after the incidents of assault coming to light, the police is not taking any action.
