New Delhi: British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak on Sunday thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the historic G20 summit. “From global food security to international partnerships, it has been a bit of a hectic but successful summit,” PM Rishi Sunak said before leaving India.

Earlier in the day, Prime Minister Rishi Sunak announced a $2 billion Green Climate Fund, the largest single funding commitment ever made by the UK to help the world tackle climate change.

Rishi Sunak also visited Akshardham temple with his wife Akshata Murthy. After this he also reached Rajghat to pay tribute to Mahatma Gandhi. World leaders observed a minute’s silence and paid floral tributes at Rajghat. Rishi Sunak reached Delhi on Friday.
