Moradabad: In Bhojpur of Moradabad district of UP, a young man had a heavy love affair with his own sister-in-law. During the love affair, something happened that the young man became the murderer of his own nephew. The nephew had seen the uncle in bed with his sister-in-law. After this, to avoid disgrace, the uncle strangled his nephew and threw the body in the sugarcane field. After investigation, when the police arrested the uncle, the whole matter was exposed. During interrogation the murderer also confessed to his crime. After presenting him in court, he was sent to jail.
Information: Mohammad Yusuf, resident of Sidlau Nazarpur Milak of Bhojpur, works as a laborer. He is survived by his wife Kaushar Jahan, three sons Sayedul Hasan, Subhaan and Ahmed Raza. On the evening of 28 September, the youngest son Ahmed Raza (8) was playing outside the house. During this time someone had taken him away with him. Last October, his body was found in a sugarcane field. The post mortem report confirmed murder by strangulation. After investigation in the case, Bhojpur police station in-charge Amarnath Verma arrested the accused Chacha Mustafa. During police interrogation, the accused told that they were four brothers.
He had illicit relations with the wife of a brother. A few days before the incident, the nephew had seen both of them on a bed. There was also a property dispute going on with the young man’s eldest brother Yusuf. Due to this, he conspired to murder his nephew. On September 28, his nephew took Ahmed Raza to the fields, where he strangled him to death with his vest. After presenting the accused in the court, the police sent him to jail.
The cunning mind Mustafa was constantly keeping a close watch on the activities of the police. Whenever the police reached the spot to inspect the incident, the murderer used to reach the spot and cooperate with the police in the investigation. He also used to take them to the crime scene. Due to this, even the policemen were not able to raise suspicion on him.
Mustafa has a cunning mind. After committing the murder, he remained in the house continuously. He also shed crocodile tears along with his family members. He used to tell his brother and sister-in-law that he will get the murderer punished which will become an example.
Inspector Amarnath Verma also recorded the statements of the children playing with Ahmed Raza. He clearly told that Ahmed Raza was last seen with Mustafa. It was he who took Ahmed Raza towards the sugarcane field. After this the police also talked to the family members. A few days after the incident, the family members came to know that the incident was carried out by Mustafa. The family members kept the issue under control. Later the mother and family members of the deceased informed the police.
