Brother’s throat strangled with charger cable, murderer played with mobile
Korba. A brother killed his brother over a dispute over a mobile phone in Wasibar under Pali police station area of the district. Police have arrested the accused elder brother Abhishek (21 years). The mobile and charger cable used in the crime have been seized from Abhishek. A case of 302 has been registered against the accused and action has been taken to send him to jail.
Abhishek Yadav told during interrogation that around 10.30-11 pm on the intervening night of 14-15 March, both Aman and his brother Abhishek were drunk. When Abhishek was coming home from a wedding program, Aman was going out from the street in front of the house. When there was a dispute between the two brothers regarding going out late at night, Aman smashed Abhishek’s mobile. After throwing the mobile, Aman started running towards Dilip Kumar’s yard. Abhishek also went running after him. Angered, Abhishek stuck the charger cable around Aman’s neck and pulled it, resulting in his death. The body was thrown into the neighbour’s yard. Accused Abhishek took Aman’s mobile and mobile charger cable and went to his home and slept.
It is noteworthy that Aman Yadav (18 years) had left home at 11 pm on March 14. The next morning on March 15, his body was found in the yard of Dilip Kumar, who lived in the neighbourhood. On the information of Khem Singh, Pali police established a trail and conducted investigation. In the short PM report, it was revealed that Aman died due to strangulation and use of rope like object. On the basis of suspicion under investigation, the police interrogated the elder brother of the deceased, Abhishek Yadav, on which he broke down and confessed to his crime. The police investigated the matter at the level of forensic experts and solved the mystery.
