Brutal murder of young man with sharp weapon

Ganjam: On Friday morning, some miscreants brutally murdered a young man in Lanjiapalli village of Dhananthar Panchayat of Ganjam district.

The deceased has been identified as Mangulu Bhuiyan of the same village.

According to sources, some unknown youth came to meet Mangulu and called him out of his residence and brutally murdered him on the spot with a sharp weapon.

Some local people passing by saw the blood-soaked body lying on the road and informed the police.

On information, Sheragarh police reached the spot and started investigating the case. They have also recovered the weapon used in the murder and a bike.

Police are suspecting that this incident was carried out due to old enmity.
