BTS star Jung Kook hums ‘Naatu Naatu’ track from ‘RRR’, video goes viral
Soul (IANS). K-pop star Jung Kook, who is the youngest member of BTS, grooved to the Academy Award winning track ‘Naatu Naatu’ from SS Rajamouli’s global blockbuster film ‘RRR’. In fact, a Korean fan asked the K-pop star if he knew the track, to which he started humming the tune.
The conversation took place on Singer’s Weaver platform where BTS often interacts with their fans. There, a fan asked if he had seen ‘RRR’, to which the 25-year-old Jung Kook started humming the track as he remembered it.
For the BTS Army, which is called the fan club of the group, and especially for the Indian members of that club, it was indeed a very surprising moment and a reason to rejoice.
A fan from India wrote: “I am really impressed that he accepts the identity of Telugu cinema.”
Another fan fan wrote: “I’m glad he knows Telugu exists in the world.”
In the comments section on X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan said, “OMG!! Can’t believe he knew this!!”

‘RRR’ set to be one of the biggest films of 2022. The film went on to win Golden Globe and Saturn Awards along with Oscar Awards, Naatu Naatu registering the first instance in a very long time where Indian cinema won an Oscar.
