Bulldozer runs on illegal house of Panchayat Secretary

Balrampur. The administration’s bulldozer has been launched against illegal encroachment in Gram Panchayat Bartikhurd of Wadrafnagar development block of the district. In fact, for years, a Panchayat Secretary had illegally built a house in the primary and middle school premises of Barti Khurd, which the Gram Panchayat was continuously opposing. Now, after passing the order to remove encroachment from the city tehsil, the illegal encroachment was removed with the help of the tehsildar and the local police.

Giving information in this matter, Wadrafnagar Tehsildar said that this case was going on in the Tehsil Court for a long time, on which action has been taken as per the procedure. The said person had been encroaching on the school premises for many years and despite repeated warnings, he refused to even take the notice. Ultimately, through the judicial process, the illegal encroachment was removed and the school premises were freed.
