Business partner defrauded actor Vivek Oberoi of crores

Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi has been away from the limelight for a long time. However, in the meantime, a shocking news has come about the actor. Actually Vivek Oberoi has been cheated of crores of rupees. For which he has registered a case in the police station. After this incident, the police is currently investigating. Proposing the case, Vivek Oberoi’s CAA told the police that Sanjay Shah, Nandita Shah and Radhika Nanda had cheated the actor. The actor has allegedly been cheated of Rs 1.55 crore. Actually, those three accused had taken money from Vivek by promising good returns by investing in a program and film production company. The police officer said that the matter is of Wednesday, when the actor’s CA lodged a complaint at the police station. The case has been registered at Andheri East MIDC Police Station.
The accused used the money for their personal work.
In the complaint, Vivek’s CA Deven Bafna said the three accused, including the filmmaker, were business partners of the actor. Along with this, he asked the actor to invest in an event and film production company. However, CA Deven Bafna has stated in his complaint that he used the money for his personal purposes. At the same time, according to the information, it is also being said that Vivek’s wife was also a partner in this company and she along with her husband has filed a complaint through CA.
These three people were associated with Vivek’s company.
The actor’s CA also told that in the year 2017, Vivek’s family started a company named Oberoi Organics. Which was not doing well, then these three people were added as partners. Let us tell you that this is a matter of February last year, regarding which a complaint has now been lodged. Presently the police is investigating the matter.
