Businessman arrested for murdering employee
Rajnandgaon: Prakash Golchha, the mastermind of the murder of hardware shop employee Suresh Joshi in the district, was arrested in film style. Rajnandgaon police caught him while running at Gondia railway station in Maharashtra.
Rajnandgaon SP Mohit Garg told in the press conference on Friday that Prakash Golchha was hiding from the police by repeatedly changing his location. He was trying to escape from Rajnandgaon to Hyderabad and after coming back from Hyderabad to Nepal, but the police arrested him from Gondia. He told that a joint team of City Kotwali, Cyber Cell and Railway Protection Force laid siege and caught the accused Prakash Golchha. According to the police, the servant was murdered with the intention of blackmailing the businessman. In this case, other 4 accused have been arrested and sent to jail.
What was the matter?
On November 22, a dead body of a man was found near Parrinala, identified as Suresh Joshi. The police registered a case and were investigating the murder. During the investigation, it was revealed that due to an old rivalry, Prakash Golchha had given poisoned cold drink to his servant Suresh Joshi to blackmail Gyanchand Bafna. Suresh died due to this. After this the accused threw his body near Parrinale.
After this, Prakash Golchha and his associate Gyanchand started blackmailing Bafna by making a fake suicide note. Gyanchand Bafna complained about this in the police station. While investigating the whole matter, the police had arrested 4 associates of Prakash Golchha a few days ago, after which Prakash Golchha was continuously absconding. The SP said that the accused was constantly changing his location and was planning to escape to Nepal.
