Businessman had kept huge quantity of firecrackers in the warehouse, police seized it

Bemetara: The FST team conducted raids at Lakshmi Bangle between Netaji Chowk and Kachari Chowk of the district headquarters and Shubham Bakery on Akaltara Road. During the operation, a huge quantity of firecrackers were recovered from inside the shop operating in the name of Lakshmi Bagel. The team demanded documents related to firecrackers from the businessman.

However, the shopkeeper did not provide the relevant documents. This is why the police seized three pickups full of firecrackers from a four-storey shop. The value of the seized firecrackers is said to be Rs 3 lakh. The FST team handed over the seized firecrackers to the Kotwali police.
