Special campaign Sankalp Gariaband is being run under the guidance of Collector and District Election Officer Akash Chhikara with the aim of ensuring 100 percent voting under the sweep program and Chunai Tihar 2023 in the district. Under this campaign, various voter awareness related activities are being conducted every day. In this series, on the occasion of Vijayadashami on Monday, the voters of the district burnt Ravana in the form of temptation as part of the voter awareness program. During this, people were given the message to be free from greed and vote according to their conscience and not by taking saree, mobile, TV, liquor or money. He also made people aware to vote freely and fairly and not to be influenced by such tempting things. Under the Pralobhan Dahan program, voters made a symbol of Ravana and burnt things like liquor, saree, jewellery, TV, mobile and car. Under the campaign, temptation burning program was organized in gram panchayats. During this, people also took oath for 100% and inducement free voting. Also inspired the residents of the district to use their franchise.
