Cache of intoxicating syrup seized from Ertiga car, 4 including woman arrested

Bilaspur: Torva Police and ACCU team have conducted a joint operation and arrested four accused including a woman involved in selling banned cough syrup. Torwa police had received information that some people were looking for customers to sell banned cough syrup illegally in front of the cultural stage and yoga center near Shobha Vihar.

On information, the police took into custody 23-year-old Neha Goyal of Torwa, 27-year-old Pushpendra Nirmalkar of Nagarda in Sakti district, 24-year-old Amar Jangde of the same place and 28-year-old Deva Rajak of Torwa. Ertiga car along with 145 pieces of Cope Free Cough Syrup and 30 pieces of Maxcough Cough Syrup have been seized from their possession. Arrest has been made against the accused under NDPS Act.
