CAF jawan dies, crushed by goods carrier
Kondagaon. A road accident took place in the early hours of Wednesday morning near Lanjoda village on National Highway 30 under City Kotwali Kondagaon. In this accident, an unknown heavy vehicle hit a young man and a girl riding a bike.
Immediately after the incident, both the injured were taken to the district hospital of Kondagaon. But the bike driver had died before reaching the hospital. Preliminary view of the deceased youth has been identified as a soldier posted in CAF as per the document found in his pocket.
It happened in the early morning of 20th December near Lanjoda village under Kondagaon city police station. A young man has died in a road accident. Eyewitnesses told about this incident that an unknown heavy vehicle hit CAF head constable Gurdeep Lamba and 25-year-old Payal Kuldeep of Kondagaon, who were traveling on a bike, from behind.
The blow was so severe that the entire part of the jawan below the waist was badly damaged. While seriously injured Payal Kuldeep has been admitted to the district hospital.
