UP: Officials said on Monday that four policemen have been suspended for keeping a pistol in the car of a youth to implicate him in a false case. Dinesh Kumar, father of the youth Amit, alleged that on July 21, his son was returning from a function. Meanwhile, some policemen stopped his car in the market and forcibly kept a pistol in it. After this, the policemen registered a case against him and sent him to jail.

This entire incident took place in Shikarpur police station area of ​​​​Bulandshahr. An alleged video of this incident has also surfaced online. In which policemen are seen removing weapons from the motorcycle and keeping them in the car. Officials said that all the policemen seen in the video have been suspended by the Senior Superintendent of Police with immediate effect.

Giving information about this incident, Superintendent of Police (Crime) Rakesh Kumar Mishra told reporters that the station in-charge of Shikarpur, the town outpost in-charge and two constables have been suspended. He also said that a separate report is being sent regarding the two home guards seen in the video. After suspending the policemen, the entire matter will also be investigated.
