Case of suicide, there was no loan on the farmer

Mahasamund. A joint preliminary inquiry report has been sent by the administration regarding the deceased farmer Kanhaiya Lal Sinha, a resident of Chuiya Gram Panchayat of Bagbahra development block. In which it has been told that in relation to the deceased farmer Kanhaiya Lal Sinha, in the joint preliminary inquiry report sent by the administration, it has been told that the deceased farmer Kanhaiya Lal did not have any loan in the cooperative bank. There was a loan of only Rs 7747 in the name of his son, which has been forgiven. Similarly, there is a total of 2.40 hectares of land in the name of deceased farmer Kanhaiya Lal and his son. He used to sell paddy at the support price and has also received dividends under the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Yojana. Kanhaiya Lal has also received the benefit of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. It is known that on July 27, farmer Kanhaiyalal was found dead in his field. The district administration gave Rs 20,000 in cash to the legal heirs of Kanhaiya Lal as immediate assistance for interim relief.

Sub-Divisional Officer of Bagbahra, Srishti Chandrakar said that a joint investigation was done on receiving information about the death of farmer Kanhaiyalal Sinha father Bisahuram, a resident of village Chhuiha Tendukona district Mahasamund under Tehsil Bagbahra, through Kotwar and Halka Patwari of the village. According to the investigation, the deceased Kanhaiya Lal Sinha’s father Bisahuram Kanhaiyalal’s heirs, 01 son Bhagirathi 02 daughters and his wife are total 04 families. Village Chuida in the name of Kanhaiya Lal, P.H.No. Total 04 measles out of 10, total area 1.80 ha. recorded in the revenue records. Village Chhuiha in the name of Bhagirathi, son of Kanhaiyalal, P.H.No. Total 04 Khasra total area of 0.60 ha land is registered in Block No. 10. In this way, there is a total of 2.40 hectares of land in his family.
