Case registered against 2 for uploading obscene videos

Mahasamund. Complaints have been lodged in two different police stations of Mahasamund district regarding uploading of obscene videos. IT Act 67, 67B Information Technology Act against Keshav Sahu father Narsing Sahu resident of Kumhari Raipur in Mahasamund police station. A case has been registered under Section 2000. It is alleged that the accused had uploaded a video of obscene acts related to a child and made it viral on social media Instagram.
Similarly, in Khallari police station, IT Act 67B Information Technology Act was registered against Virendra Kumar Dhruv, father Ganeshram Dhruv, age 34 years, resident of Kona. In the cyber tip line report received from NCRB New Delhi under Section 2000, a crime has been registered against the accused for circulating an obscene video and action has been taken for investigation.
