Case registered against 3 including woman for getting bail

Ludhiana. Police of Police Station Division No. 5 has registered a case against 3 people including a woman for getting bail on the basis of fake documents.

The above matter has been done on the orders of Honorable Tarunpreet Singh JMIC. When the case was going on in the court against the said accused Shanti Devi, she took bail on the basis of the documents of a person named Balraj Singh and the accused Vinay Rishi appeared as a witness.

When the court examined the documents, it was found that Balraj Singh’s documents were fake and Vinay Rishi’s documents were also not correct. On which the Honorable Court has registered a case against the said accused Shanti Devi, Vinay Rishi and fake Balraj Singh on charges of conspiring and preparing fake documents.
