Cash worth Rs 30 lakh recovered from Scorpio car during blockade

Didwana. With the implementation of the code of conduct in the state, the police is on alert to follow the code of conduct as per the instructions of the Election Commission. Under this, Jaswantgarh police of Ladnun subdivision area of Didwana district, while taking action during the blockade near Raidhana village of Sikar border area, have recovered Rs 30 lakh from an unnumbered black colored Scorpio vehicle.

Let us tell you that last night a Scorpio car without number came from Gennady’s side, when the police stopped and checked it, they found 58 wads of Rs 500-500 notes and a total of Rs 200-200 notes in a paper carry bag. A total of Rs 30 lakh was found in 5 bundles. On this, when the police asked the driver of the Scorpio car, Mosim Khan and his companion Rafiq Mohammad Khan about this amount of money, they could not give any satisfactory answer.

On which the police seized Rs 30 lakh under Section 102 CrPC, while the Scorpio vehicle has also been seized under Section 207 MV Act. The police have informed the Income Tax Department about the matter. Also, the police has started taking further action as per the instructions of the Election Commission.
