CEO’s instructions to schools, take unit test of students every month

Raigarh raigarh news. CEO District Panchayat Jitendra Yadav held a time-bound meeting today. In the meeting, he instructed to conduct unit tests in schools every month and analyze the results. He said that the purpose of taking unit tests is to monitor the progress of children throughout the year. So that where the child’s result is not good, improvement can be made. He instructed to do it with full seriousness and submit the report in the upcoming meetings. Along with this, he instructed to give information about the Inspire Standard Award to school children and encourage them to participate in it. DFO Raigarh Stylo Mandavi, Additional Collector Rajiv Kumar Pandey and other district level officers were present in the meeting.

Reviewed the status of redressal of applications received from Chief Minister Jandarshan. CEO Yadav took information from department-wise officials about the action taken in relation to the application. He said that the officers should resolve the applications soon and update it. CEO Yadav directed the officials to resolve the applications received in the public problem resolution camps within the time limit.

CEO Yadav took details of the preparations regarding starting the operation of Prayas Vidyalaya. Assistant Commissioner in charge Mahesh Sharma said that class rooms and hostels have been prepared. Students have been selected after counseling for the operation of the first session. Hostel goods are being shifted. After which preparations are on to start classes. CEO Yadav especially gave instructions to complete the cleanliness system in the campus. CEO Yadav took information regarding the work to be done under PM Janman Yojana. It was told that special camps are being organized in villages dominated by backward tribes Birhor to benefit from Janman Yojana. These camps will be organized till 10 September.

CEO Yadav took information regarding e-KYC from the Food Department. He said that the work of e-KYC update should be completed by preparing a detailed action plan of the district. The food officer said that e-KYC updating work will be done by forming clusters of villages and urban wards. CEO Shri Yadav said that progress should be seen in the work.

Revenue matters were discussed with SDM and Tehsildar in the meeting. Additional Collector Rajiv Kumar Pandey directed the officers to resolve the cases quickly regarding map partition, disputed name transfer, disputed and undisputed account division. In the meeting, guidelines were given to the officers regarding the organization of Chakradhar Samaroh. Additional Collector Pandey said that all the officers have been given responsibility for the dignified and successful organization of Chakradhar Samaroh. Everyone will perform their tasks with full seriousness.
