Durg. In Chhattisgarh’s Durg district, the police will now keep watch and put up the photos of goons and criminals on public squares and intersections. SP Jitendra Shukla has ordered to put up hoardings in all police station areas. So that the bullying of the criminals ends. SP Jitendra Shukla says that by doing this, the social image of the criminals will come in front of the people. This will teach the criminals a lesson that if they had done the right thing, their photos would not have been here. The SP said that, along with updating the list of goons and criminals in the police stations, big hoardings of their photos will be made and put up in the police station campus. This will make the criminals think before committing a crime about how their image will be created. At the same time, the hoardings of the goons and criminals will also be put up at the squares and intersections of the same area, so that their terror among the people ends and they also improve due to the fear of their social image getting spoiled. Now the criminals have started making arrangements to get their photos removed. However, SP Jitendra Shukla is busy preparing to crack down on criminals by holding continuous meetings. He says that, those who have applied for removal of photos, they will see for how long they have not committed a crime. Whether their image has improved or not. According to Durg Police, there are 527 goons in the district.
Out of these, 446 are present and 38 are in jail. At the same time, 43 goons are still absconding. Police will put up hoardings with the photos and names of all these people. Hoardings with photos of criminals have been put up in 23 police stations of Durg district. Hoardings have been allowed to be made in the remaining police stations. If we talk about the police station area with the highest number of goons, then the name of Durg Kotwali police station comes first in this. Along with this, the number of criminals is also very high in Mohan Nagar, Cantonment in Bhilai, Supela, Khursipar, Nandini and Vaishali Nagar.
