Chandigarh: Will e-auction properties worth Rs 2K crore

Chandigarh: The Punjab Urban Housing Department (PUDA) and six other regional development authorities on Friday launched e-auction of residential, commercial, segment and institutional properties worth Rs 2,000 crore across the state. The auction will go on till September 16. Properties are available in 21 cities, including Mohali, New Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Amritsar, Patiala, Batala and Gurdaspur. Allotment of these sites will be done on 10 per cent payment. Possession will be given on 25 per cent payment.
