Chennur MLA Vivekananda promises jobs for locals in SCCL

Nirmal: Chennur MLA Dr G Vivekananda (Vivek) said that he will try to create employment opportunities for the local people in the state company Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL). Vivek thanked the voters for trusting his candidacy and said that he learned that the local people are working with an important carbon company. It has been promised to take steps to guarantee that local people will soon get appointed in SCCL. The delay in payment of salaries to Jubilee Carbon miners was also addressed in the information of Minister Principal A Revanth Reddy. The MLA further said that it would be ensured that the activities undertaken by SCCL under the policy of corporate social responsibility and the funds from the Mineral Trust Fund of the district are utilized by the villages affected by carbon mining. He said Revanth Reddy was at the peak of public expectations for signing the file related to the six guarantees given by the Congress at the time of elections.
