Chhattisgarh: Husband dies on wife’s birthday

Janjgir news. 5 people including a father and two sons died due to leakage of poisonous gas in a well in Janjgir-Champa. The SDRF team has taken out all the bodies one by one from the well. On Friday morning around 7.30, people went down one after the other inside the well to save a person. The incident is of Kikirda village of Birra police station area. SDOP Yadumani Sidar said that a person named Ramchandra Jaiswal (60 years) had entered the well to take out a piece of wood that had fallen inside, when gas started leaking and he fainted. After this, when the wife shouted, these people entered the well to take him out, but no one could return alive. Today is the birthday of the wife of one of the deceased youth. Chief Minister Sai has announced financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh each to the families of the deceased in the accident. He said that the government is ready to provide all possible help to the victim’s family.
