Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission organized seven-day residential Yoga training camp for trainees of Surguja division
Raipur. Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission organized a seven-day-long yoga training camp at Yoga Bhavan, VIP Road, Fundhar, Raipur. During the camp, yoga instructors and experts explained the effects and benefits of daily yoga practice. Dr Dinesh Nag spoke about the relationship and impact of yoga with Ayurveda, while Dr Asha Jain, a specialist in women’s health, provided detailed information about the role of yoga during childbirth. Additionally, Shri Lachhu Ram Nishad shed light on Yama, Pratyahara, and Dharana, and Shri C.L. Sonwani talked about Shatkarma. The Secretary of the Yoga Commission, Shri M.L. Pandey, and other yoga instructors were also present at the occasion.
It is worth mentioning that after the successful organization of such camps for the Raipur, Bilaspur, and Bastar regions, a seven-day residential yoga training camp was organized for trainees from the Surguja region. Nearly 130 participants from all districts of the Surguja region participated in this training camp. The camp was inaugurated on July 15 with Shri Indubhavanand Ji Maharaj, Mukhya Pujari of Shankaracharya Ashram, Boriyakala as the Chief Guest and the programme was presided over by Shri Gyanesh Sharma, the Chairman of the Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission. They emphasized that regular practice of yoga is essential for a healthy and long life for every individual.
