Chief Minister approves – ‘Green Lungs’ will be developed in 13 cities – Rs 19 crore will be spent
Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot has approved a financial proposal of Rs 19 crore for developing green lungs in 13 cities. With the said amount, forest areas around these cities will be developed.
As per the approval, Rs 2 crore each for Moongska in Alwar, Rajgarh in Churu, Mangalwad in Chittorgarh, Nathdwara and Ganesh Tekdi in Rajsamand and Risala in Udaipur and Khairkhedi in Baran, Shyampura in Banswara, Fort Block in Chittorgarh, Neelkanth Mahadev in Dausa. , Kanota Dam of Jaipur, Bandariya Magra of Rajsamand and Kachha Dam area of Tonk will be developed and opened for common people by developing forest areas at a cost of Rs 1 crore each.
With this decision of the Chief Minister, the common people will get pure environment and greenery in these cities and environmental protection will also be possible. It is noteworthy that the announcement in this regard was made by the Chief Minister in the budget for the year 2023-24.
