Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai inspected the exhibition in Khapri

Durg. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai participated in the National Agricultural Fair and Seminar program organized at village Kumhari in the capital Raipur. Chief Minister Sai started his address in the program with the slogan of Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan. The Chief Minister said that Chhattisgarh Yuva Pragatisheel Kisan Sangh has been working for the last 13 years to advance the bright farmers in the field of agriculture.

Our farmers are increasing production with new technology. Sai said that our country is an agricultural country, our state Chhattisgarh is also progressing in the field of agriculture.

Chief Minister Sai said that the former Prime Minister of our country, respected Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji continuously raised the voice of the farmers. It was he who gave Kisan Credit Card to the farmers for the first time so that the farmers do not have to take loans at high interest rates. It was Atal ji’s government that simplified the crop insurance scheme.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that earlier thousands of farmers of the state used to supply water to their fields through electric pumps, but during the last 15 years of our government, this number has reached lakhs. He said that farmers are our food providers, our government is continuously working for the welfare of the farmers. The government of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has made many welfare schemes for the farmers of the country, the benefits of which are also being availed by the farmers of our Chhattisgarh.
