Paneer – 250 grams
Green chilli paste – 1 tbsp
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Green chilli whole – 2
Garlic cloves – 7-8
Virgin Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
Curd – 1/4 cup
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – as per taste

First of all, cut the cheese into small cubes. Put cottage cheese in a bowl. Now add curd, dry mango powder, salt, red chilli powder and garam masala to marinate it. Mix it well and keep it aside.
Now place a pan on the gas. Add oil to it and heat it well. Now add green chilli and garlic paste, chopped garlic and chopped green chilli and stir. When it turns golden brown, add marinated paneer to it. Cover it on low flame and let it cook for 5 minutes.
