Patna: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had arrived at Patna University to attend an inauguration program. During this, his foot slipped and he fell. However, his security personnel present there caught him and handled him before falling down. During this Bihar Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar was also present.
