CM Revanth Reddy presents a check of Rs 2 crore to boxer Nikhat Zareen

Hyderabad: Telangana Minister A Revanth Reddy presented a check of Rs 2 million to Telangana boxer Nikhat Zareen at a gathering on Saturday for her preparations for the Paris Olympic Games next year. Deputy Minister Principal Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Ministers Tummala Nageswara Rao, Seethakka, Konda Surekha and others were also present. CM congratulated the boxer and handed over the cheque. Later Nikhat Zareen also traveled by bus with free tickets under the Mahalaxmi programme. Minister Principal praised the boxer from Nizamabad and expressed hope that he would return with an Olympic medal. Nikhat is the current World Games and Commonwealth Games champion and won a bronze medal at the Asian Games in Hangzhou.
