CM Sai was presented with a portrait made of Para Shilp at Divya Kala Mela

Raipur. Artist Hira Dhrtlahare presented a Para Shilp portrait made by her own hands to Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai at the Divya Kala Mela organized at BTI Ground in Shankar Nagar, capital Raipur. On receiving the gift from Ms. Hira, the Chief Minister wished her a bright future.
The Chief Minister told Hira that she has a unique skill of making Para Shilp sketches and she should practice a lot to hone it. Chief Minister Shri Sai said that perfection comes with practice, its nuances are known. By practicing continuously, she can become a good Shilpi and bring fame to herself and her state in the country and the world.
