Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Chhattisgarh’s renowned litterateur, the late Lochan Prasad Pandey, paid tribute to his outstanding literary contributions. Chief Minister Sai stated that the late Lochan Prasad Pandey, born in Balpur village in Bilaspur district, presented a unique example of multilingual literary pursuits by writing in Chhattisgarhi, Hindi, and Odia languages. His works powerfully express folk life, moral values, social concerns, and human sensibilities.

Chief Minister Sai stated that the late Pandey’s literature has been a powerful medium for restraint, morality, character building, and social awakening.
