Coaching company set to host edition 2 of PROFICORN on 20-21 December 2023
Bengaluru: On May 23 and 24, QL One, Asia’s largest training and coaching company, hosted PROFICORN 2023 in Bengaluru, an event exclusively designed for MSME business owners. With over 750 participants, the event focused on celebrating the unsung heroes of the economy, showcasing the power of bootstrapping and profitability in business.
The event featured a panel of six distinguished speakers, including Nitin Kamath, founder of Zerodha; Prashant Pitti of EaseMyTrip; Bhavesh Bhatia of Sunrise Candles; Rajesh Dembla of Zoozle; and Raghunandan and Siddhant Kamath of Naturals Ice Cream. These leaders shared their invaluable experiences and insights, providing inspiration and guidance to the enthusiastic audience.
PROFICORN 2023 also highlighted the success stories of nine MSMEs within the QL One community, showcasing the impact of effective business strategies and resilience. These narratives highlighted the journey through challenges like pandemic, family business transformation and starting from scratch, underscoring the tenacity and ingenuity inherent in the MSME sector.
The highlight of the event was the Business Success Awards, which was a neat and credible effort to recognize 30 MSMEs in three categories based on their revenue growth. These awards were testament to the concrete achievements of businesses following their association with QL One.
Additionally, QL One founders Rajiv Talreja and Karan Hasija announced the launch of the QL One app. The app offers functionalities like business growth training, networking, business marketplace and funding opportunities, all designed to support MSMEs. The event also saw the unveiling of Business Success Magazine, dedicated to sharing stories of impactful MSMEs.
Eminent personalities from the training and coaching industry praised QL One’s contribution to the MSME sector. Siddharth Rajasekar and Surendran Jayasekar acknowledged the important role QL One plays in filling a critical industry gap.
PROFICORN 2023 concluded on a high note, with attendees expressing that such recognition and support for MSMEs was long overdue. The event not only celebrated the successes but also reinforced the commitment towards ongoing support and recognition for MSMEs, with an even grander PROFICORN event planned in December.
