Collector Dr. Siddiqui took a meeting regarding daily activities in elections.

Sarangarh-Bilaigarh. Collector and District Election Officer Dr. Fariha Alam Siddiqui took detailed information about the assembly-wise preparations made in the Collectorate meeting room from all the returning officers of the district, CEO, CMO, DEO, BEO and all the officers associated with the election work. The Collector conducted a detailed review of the preparations for all the assemblies of the district. Returning officers and other officers gave detailed information about the preparations related to assembly election work to the Collector and District Election Officer.

In the meeting, the Collector discussed the assembly wise route chart made for safe transportation of polling parties to the polling centers and their safe return, necessary arrangements in the polling centers, arrangements for webcasting, appointment of licensing officers for observers and necessary arrangements for them, arrangements for strong rooms, Taking information regarding establishment of check post, vehicle arrangements for election work and other important arrangements etc., necessary instructions were given.

On this occasion, Additional Collector Nishtha Pandey Tiwari, Deputy District Election Officer and Joint Collector Prakash Bhardwaj, Deputy Collector TR Maheshwari, Panchayat Nodal Harishankar Chauhan, all CEOs, CMOs including BEOs and other concerned officers were present.
