Collector took meeting of officials regarding Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra
Mohalla. Collector S. Jayawardhan held a meeting of officials of various departments regarding the organization of Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra in the Collectorate assembly hall on Friday. During this, the Collector gave directions to the concerned departmental officers for publicity and implementation of various schemes of the government in 185 gram panchayats of the district. Nodal officers of all the departments will be present in the Gram Panchayat on the day of Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra and implement the schemes. In this regard, the Collector informed the officials about the instructions made for the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra and directed the officials to successfully implement the scheme. It is noteworthy that Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra will be organized from 15 November to 26 January 2024. Its basic objective is to reach the welfare schemes of all the departments to the residents of every village and city. The actual situation with respect to the plan is to be achieved. To disseminate information and spread awareness about the schemes. Personal stories taken from citizens are to be interviewed to share their experiences. During the journey itself, the eligible beneficiaries of various schemes were deprived of getting the benefits of the scheme. They have to be benefited by registering them immediately.
A committee will be formed to implement the schemes. Under this, formation of district level committee, formation of gram panchayat wise level committee, urban body committee will be formed. District level nodal officer will be appointed for the successful implementation of the scheme. Similarly, Gram Panchayat level nodal officer, urban body nodal officer, nodal officer will be appointed for entry in the portal. Nodal officer will be appointed at the district level and nodal officer and assistant nodal officer will be appointed at the development block level. Mohla Manpur Ambagarh Chowki district will receive 6 GPS equipped mobile vans which will be provided 2-2 for each block. Mobile vans will reach every Gram Panchayat ward between December 15 and January 26. For this, a plan and route chart of 2 Gram Panchayats for each day has been prepared. Active participation of village and city residents will be necessary on the day of Yatra Day. For this, adequate publicity will be given through Gram Panchayat Kotwar 3 to 4 days in advance. All departments will ensure that they distribute the public welfare scheme of the government through pamphlets, brochures, booklets, flex displayed in every Gram Panchayat on the Yatra Day. A portal app is being developed for the activities undertaken in Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra. In which the activities done every day will be entered. On the basis of the theme Meri Kahani Meri Zubaani, the department will prepare success stories from the beneficiaries benefited from the welfare schemes of the government. On the basis of the theme of Dharti Kahe Pukar, publicity will be spread through cultural programs regarding the welfare schemes of the government like cleanliness, nutrition, health etc. On the day of Yatra Day, camps of various departments will be organized in the village.
A minute to minute program will be prepared. Record message of the Prime Minister, inaugural film, cultural program, telecast of Vikas Bharat Sankalp video, organization of various activities, sharing of experiences regarding the scheme by the beneficiaries, festival will be organized at the Gram Panchayat level. Beneficiaries of various schemes will be benefited. Public Health Camp, TV Screening, Sickle Cell, Anemia Screening, KCC Registration, Ayushman Card, Aadhar Updation, Pension, Formation of Self Help Group, Financial Assistance, Registration of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana, Demonstration of various activities, Drone Demonstration, Soil Health Card. Demonstration etc. activities will be done. Similarly, a festival will be organized at the Gram Panchayat level. In which 100 percent digitization of land records, 100 percent ODF Plus and 100 percent Jal Jeevan Mission coverage, 100 percent bank accounts will be opened. The activities organized on the same day will be uploaded online. Officers will play the main role for this. In which Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue, all Tehsildars, Land Records Incharge Officers, all Chief Executive Officers, Chief Municipality Officers, Cooperative Department, Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Health, AYUSH, Food, Sports and Youth Welfare, Leading Bank Managers. Responsibility has been given to Women and Child Development, District Public Relations, District Information Officer, Tribal Welfare, Public Health Engineering, Education Department, Higher Education Department, Culture, Skill Upgradation, Labour, District Trade and Industry Centre, Social Welfare Department. District Panchayat Chief Executive Officer Hemant Thakur, SDM Dr. Hemendra Bhuarya, Tehsildar Mohala Sandhya Namdev, Tehsildar Outpost Dinesh Sahu and district level officers and employees were present in the meeting.
