Collectorate officer suspended, accused of stealing digital documents

Bilaspur. Khilendra Yadav, Assistant Superintendent of Collectorate’s Land Records Branch, has been suspended for stealing the list in the pen drive even before the result of Babu’s recruitment was released.

It has been learned that a merit list was prepared recently after completing the process for special recruitment of Babus in Nazul Branch of the Collectorate. Even before the result was declared, Assistant Superintendent Khilendra Yadav, posted in the office, copied the merit list from the computer and kept it with him in a pen drive. After this, he was trying to recover the amount by contacting the selected candidates through the list. On getting the information the pendrive was seized. Collector Saurabh Kumar sent its report to the Revenue Secretary, after which the order to suspend Khilendra Yadav came from there. He has been attached to Raipur during the suspension.
