Comedian Bonda Mani passes away
Chennai: Tamil comedy actor Bonda Mani died due to kidney-related illness in Chennai late on Saturday night. He was 60 years old. Mani was suffering from health problems for a long time. Under these circumstances, he is said to have fainted at his residence in Pozhichalur. When he was taken to Chromepet Government Hospital, doctors declared him dead as both his kidneys had failed, Daily Thanthi reported.
Bonda Mani has acted in 270 films for almost three decades and has played many comic roles. He was a regular in comedy tracks featuring Vadivelu.
He was introduced in Bhagyaraj’s ‘Pavunnu Pavunudhan’, he acted in many films like ‘Ponvilangu’, ‘Pongalo Pongal’, ‘Sundhara Travels’, ‘Marudamalai’, ‘Vijeta’, ‘Velayudham’. Ktown celebrities are mourning the demise of Bonda Mani on social media.
