Complaint against Kiranmayi Nayak to State Election Commission, allegation of misuse of position

Bilaspur. Election agent of BJP mayor candidate Puja Vidhani has filed a complaint with the Election Commission against State Women Commission Chairperson Kiranmayi Nayak. The complaint alleges that Kiranmayi Nayak campaigned in favour of the Congress mayor candidate, which is a misuse of constitutional post.

Voting for the urban body elections will be held on February 11. The campaigning of the candidates is in full swing in Bilaspur for this election. The counting of votes will take place on February 15. Puja Vidhani has entered the electoral fray for the first time from BJP. Congress has fielded Pramod Nayak as its candidate.
