Congress will hold CEC meeting on October 13 to finalize candidates in Chhattisgarh.

Raipur. Congress will hold a Central Election Committee (CEC) meeting on October 13 to finalize the names of candidates for the assembly elections in Chhattisgarh. A party source said the CEC meeting would be held in the national capital as several rounds of screening committee meetings had already been held. On September 4, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge had formed a 16-member CEC, in which CPP President Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi were also members.
