Corporation commissioner is working under pressure: Meenal Choubey

Raipur. The BJP corporator team today met Corporation Commissioner Mayank Chaturvedi and accused him of Congressizing the Municipal Corporation. Under the cleanliness fleet, 84 vehicles which have been purchased for Rs 10,12,91,000/-(Ten crore twelve lakh ninety one thousand) have been made available by the Central Government. Whose inauguration was done during the meeting program with the Honorable Chief Minister and deliberately the people’s representatives of BJP were kept away from the program.

Leader of Opposition Meenal Choubey has said that Rs 10 crore has been sanctioned for infrastructure to improve the condition of dilapidated roads in the city. In which works were approved in three Vidhansabha with the recommendation of MLAs. And in an assembly where there is no Congress MLA, most of the works were approved in the mayor’s ward. The people of the city are already struggling with water crisis, neither the commissioner nor the mayor has any concern.
