Corruption in the name of plantation, now exposed
Bhilai. The layers of corruption that happened during the Congress rule in Municipal Corporation Bhilai are being exposed one by one. Here, plantation worth more than one crore was done without tender. Now with the coming of BJP government, the corporation officials are secretly planning to withdraw that amount by floating a tender for plantation.
Senior BJP councilor Piyush Mishra in Bhilai Municipal Corporation has made a written complaint about this to Municipal Corporation Commissioner Rohit Vyas.
He has demanded to stop payment related to the tender for tree planting. Piyush has alleged that a few months ago, various zone offices under Bhilai Municipal Corporation had issued a tender costing Rs 20 lakh each and got the sapling planted. There has been large scale corruption in this.
