Couple was fishing from boat, woman died due to overturning

Korba. In Korba district, due to strong thunderstorm accompanied with rain, the boat in Bango dam overturned uncontrollably. The woman in the boat drowned in deep water, due to which she died. This case is related to Lemru police station area. It is being told that the woman had gone fishing in a boat in the submergence area of Bango Dam, when the accident happened.

According to the information, the incident is of Kantadwari of Lemru police station area. The husband and wife had gone fishing in a boat in the submergence area of Bango dam. During this, due to strong storm with rain, the boat turned uncontrollable and overturned. Due to which the woman Phulbai Kanwar (45 years) died due to drowning in deep water. On the information of the incident, the Lemru police station reached the spot and got involved in the investigation. The police have taken the dead body of the woman out of the water and sent it for postmortem by doing panchnama.
