Court’s big decision in double murder case, 4 accused will spend their lives in jail till their death
Bemetra: Bemetara District and Sessions Court has given a big verdict in the case of murder of two people over an old dispute on March 9 in Navagarh. Judge Pankaj Kumar Sinha has sentenced life imprisonment to four accused who killed two people due to personal rivalry. Besides, fine has also been imposed on the four accused.
Actually, the entire incident took place near the bus stand in Navagarh, Bemetra. When on March 9, Bhagau Yadav and his son Sadanand Yadav came towards the bus stand at night. Then due to mutual rivalry, Pramod Sinha, Gopal Yadav, Gopi Yadav and Raju Yadav fought with both of them. During that time the accused had beaten him with a sharp weapon. Due to which Bhagau Yadav and Satanand Yadav suffered serious injuries. Both of them were admitted to the Community Health Center of Navagarh in critical condition. Where both of them died during treatment.
On Friday, Navagarh police station presented the accused in Bemetra District and Sessions Court. Where District and Sessions Court First Class Judge Pankaj Kumar Sinha has punished all four accused with life imprisonment and fine after the charges were proved in the case.
