Cousin sister acted as broker, buyer doctor tortured her

Kawardha. A case of human trafficking has come to light from Kabirdham district. You too will get goosebumps after hearing the incident of incest that happened with the girl. On the pretext of getting a job for a tribal girl from Kawardha, her maternal uncle’s daughter called her to Delhi and sold her to a doctor there for Rs 2 lakh.

After a few years, the accused doctor married the girl and after marriage, her husband and father-in-law kept doing untoward incidents with her. During this time she somehow escaped from there and reached her home. After this the girl reached Kukdur police station crying and narrated her ordeal. In the case, the police have registered an offense under sections 363, 366, 176, 370 and 376.

According to the information, about five years ago in December 2018, the victim was called to Delhi by her maternal uncle’s daughter on the pretext of work.

She continued working as a laborer in Delhi for two years. Meanwhile, when she started expressing her desire to go back to her home, her maternal uncle’s daughter with whom she had gone to Delhi. It was revealed that he had sold her for two lakh rupees and to prevent her from going home, the buyer married the girl.

The matter does not end here. After marriage, both the accused youth and the father committed incest with the girl.

Fed up with this, she somehow escaped from their clutches and reached Chhattisgarh and when she went to complain against the accused, she was not being listened to even in Kukdur police station. When the matter came to the notice of higher officials, a case was registered against three accused. At present, no accused has been arrested by the police in the case.
