Cyclone Michong will hit the coast tomorrow

Chennai: ‘Cyclone Michong, which is in the Bay of Bengal, is expected to make landfall tomorrow morning (December 5),’ the regional meteorological department said on Monday.

RMC said that the severe storm is likely to pass near Bapatla between Nellore-Machilipatnam in the southern part of Andhra Pradesh.

RMC has also estimated that the wind speed could reach 90-110 kmph when the storm crosses the coast.
