Daan Dharma is the best among the four religions

Raipur: An approval ceremony was organized on Sunday under the holy guidance of Munishri Jaipal Vijayji M.S., Munishri Priyadarshi Vijayji M.S. and Munishri Tirtha Prem Vijayji M.S. in the ongoing Atmollas Chaturmas 2024 at Shri Sambhavnath Jain Temple Vivekanand Nagar. All the beneficiaries who took advantage of the offerings of Siddhi Tapa were felicitated. Four types of religions are the pillars of human life, the pillars of the path of salvation and the first pillar among these four has been described by the Tirthankaras as Daan Dharma. Scriptures say that self-welfare begins with Daan Dharma. When Anant Tirthankaras formulated four religions, they placed charity on the first number. Religion, spirituality, meditation and salvation path starts with charity. There can be many types of charity, but in Jainism, charity and donors are approved according to the commandments.

Munishri said that charity should be done according to the commandments, and should not be done blindly. To approve donors according to the commandments, charity will be seen only in Jainism. Today is the approval ceremony of those donors who have approved the ascetics, who have sacrificed their Lakshmi and made them Mahalakshmi.

Munishri said that in the world we have approved a lot, praised a lot, supported such things which become stones tied around our neck and drown us, but the charity of Jainism is like a parachute, in which the person doing the religion climbs the steps of self-development and the one who approves also climbs the steps of self-development. Those who approve of the one who approves also climb the steps of self-improvement.
