Dead body found in polythene in Ayodhya, young man was planning to dispose of it

Ayodhya (IANS). A man was carrying a dead body on a motorcycle in Khandsa area of Ayodhya district of Uttar Pradesh. Suddenly his car jumped on the breaker and slipped and fell. Meanwhile, people got scared after seeing the hand of the dead body coming out of the polythene. They made noise and called the nearby villagers. The bikers ran away leaving the car and the dead body.

Senior Superintendent of Police Nayyar Rajkaran said that information about a dead body was received at 4.30 in the morning in Khandasa police station area. On enquiry, it was found that a young man riding a bike was carrying the dead body of a person in a tarpaulin, when his vehicle went out of control due to the breaker. As soon as his car fell, he immediately ran away. Teams were immediately formed to identify the body.

The body has been identified as Saqib of Rudauli, Ayodhya. Two people are being detained and interrogated. Prima facie it seems to be a case of murder. But, no complaint has been received from the family.

Eyewitnesses told that the incident took place at Ghatauli intersection in the early hours of Saturday. There is a big breaker on the road. A young man was sitting behind the bike, another young man was driving the bike. The person sitting behind was holding polythene. Due to the high speed, the bike jumped two-three feet on the breaker. Meanwhile the bike lost control and fell and the dead body was also visible. When the villagers ran away, the bikers ran away leaving the bike and the body wrapped in blue polythene.

When blood stains were seen inside the polythene, the villagers informed PRB. After the dead body was found, sensation spread in the entire area and people of the local village gathered in large numbers. In the presence of Superintendent of Police Rural, the forensic team conducted a thorough investigation. After this, the body wrapped in polythene was taken to the police station and opened.
