Unnao (Uttar Pradesh): The body of a woman was found in a box on the banks of Lon river in Bighapur area of Unnao district of Uttar Pradesh. This has created a stir in the area. Police officer Maya Rai said that the body was thrown into the river after being packed in a big tin box. Prima facie it seems that the dead body was thrown from somewhere else. The dead body has become bloated since it was a week old. The Police is investigating.
Seeing the box on Saturday, the villagers informed the police. Local people said that Akhilesh Tiwari of the area got the box out with the help of a rope with the help of the villagers. As soon as the box was opened, the villagers were shocked to see the dead body of the woman inside. After the murder, the dead body was wrapped in a sheet and then in polythene. Woman wearing salwar suit. The police called people from nearby villages and tried to identify them. But, the woman could not be identified.
