Dead body of young man found hanging on a tree

Pratapgarh. There was a stir in Pratapgarh today when the dead body of a youth was found hanging from a tree. Last night the young man had gone to his relative’s house, where his body was hanging from a pig tree in his father-in-law’s farm. The body was hanging from the young man’s shirt. The family members have expressed suspicion of murder and the police have now conducted the post-mortem and handed over the body to the family members.

Investigating officer of Devgarh police station Ambalal said that Devi Lal, resident of Hamkhora, had registered a case eight months ago that his son Baluram was married to Bhulabai, resident of Chhoti Laak. For some time after marriage, there was discord between the two. A few days ago Bhulabai had gone to her father’s house. Last night he called Baluram and called very late. Today we received information on mobile phone that Baluram has hanged himself from the pig tree located in his father-in-law’s farm and has died.

When the family members reached the spot, Baluram’s body was hanging from the tree next to his shirt. On receiving the information, Devgarh police station reached the spot and kept the body in the mortuary of the district hospital, where after post-mortem the body was handed over to the family members. The family members have expressed suspicion of murder and the police are currently investigating the matter.
