death of a student suffering from malaria
Gariaband. Two students died of malaria. Digeshwar Nagvanshi, the 11-year-old son of Virendra Nagvanshi, a resident of Chhote Gobra, died at around 6 am on Friday. The deceased was a student of class 5th. Village sarpanch Ram Swaroop Markam informed the health department about this. According to the sarpanch, malaria was confirmed by health worker Anita Verma on Wednesday after testing the kit after her health deteriorated. Due to this, there is a possibility of death due to malaria.
The second death was of Class VI student Yogita. According to family members, Yogita’s health was deteriorating since July 16. Malaria was confirmed in the investigation by Mitanin of the village on 17th July. After her health deteriorated, the relatives called Mainpur Sanjivani. But got no reply. Due to the proximity of the city health center of Dhamtari district, the relatives admitted the girl child there. The treatment was going on. But on the night of July 19, the daughter died.
